Shipping charges, both original and return, are non-refundable for tires, aftermarket wheels, and tire & aftermarket wheel packages.

Yes, regular ground shipping is free for orders over $50.00 (some restrictions apply). However, this offer excludes tires, aftermarket wheels, and tire & aftermarket wheel packages. Check the item’s product detail page for eligibility and available shipping options.

Most orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours from the confirmation of your order unless otherwise specified. Shipping times vary based on the package size and delivery location.

Yes, overnight and 2-day shipping are available for most small and medium-sized packages for additional charges. Specific shipping options will be displayed at checkout.

Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts. If any issues are found, do NOT accept the package. Contact the shipper immediately to return it to the sender.

All performance parts are shipped via Ground service only. Overnight and 2-day shipping options are not available for performance part orders.

Truck Freight applies to orders consisting of large parts or items that require special handling due to their shape, weight, or packaging. Delivery times may vary, and additional charges may apply to certain locations.

The risk of loss and title of any item pass to the customer at the shipping point, which is when the carrier accepts the goods for transport.

Authorized returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.

Service manuals, CD ROMs, Special-order Products, Custom-made Products, and Auto Body Parts cannot be returned. Electrical parts are not returnable if plugged in or unsealed.

To obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number, complete the provided form with your order details, name, email, phone number, and part number you wish to return.

Yes, a 20% restocking fee is charged on all returns that are not the direct result of our error.

Return freight charges are not reimbursable unless the return is a direct result of our error.

Refunds for returns or cores generally process and credit within 30 days from the date the return is received at the warehouse.

If you don't receive a credit after 30 days, contact the returns department at shipping@autopartswarehouse.com, and they will respond to you immediately.
